Quality is a process you can inspect, not a promise you have to believe. Here is what we check, what we record, and what we can show you on request.

Material selection and traceability

We use recognised zirconia, lithium disilicate, alloy and acrylic materials, and we can specify brand and grade per your prescription. Material brand, batch number, origin and certificates of conformity are documented per case and available on request; substitutions always require your written approval.

Each case carries a unique work order linked to your account, the assigned technician, the equipment used, the material batch and every inspection record - so any question about any case has a documented answer.

Multi-stage quality inspection

Every restoration passes inspection checkpoints covering marginal fit (on the die or model), proximal contacts, static and dynamic occlusion, colour match against the approved prescription and references, and surface finish. Implant restorations are seated on the verified analogue for the declared platform.

Independent release

The final release decision is made by quality personnel who did not produce the case - a separation that keeps the incentive structure honest. Inspection records, photos and sign-offs are retained with the case file.

When something goes wrong

Non-conforming cases are documented, analysed for cause and dispositioned with the client - remake, adjust or credit - under our published remake policy. Significant complaints generate a written report with corrective and preventive actions.

Credentials & regulatory documents

Istar maintains FDA establishment registration and device listings for the United States, and EU MDR notification for Class IIa custom-made devices. Certificates, registration extracts and compliance documentation are available on request, and our team will state precisely which document applies to which claim - registration and notification are not presented as product "approvals".
